Deposit and Payment Schedule
January 14, 2026: 50% Due for All Applications
January 14, 2026 - May 12, 2026: 50% Due Upon Receipt
After May 12, 2026: 100% Due for ALL Applications
AAPM&R requires payment in full no later than May 13, 2026. Applications received after due date are "due upon receipt," and must be brought up to date to the most recent payment deadline.
Cancellation Penalties
Through January 13, 2026: 0% Penalty
January 14, 2026 - May 12, 2026: Penalty
After May 12, 2026: Penalty
